Kathy is an advocate for healthy, joyful living! She has been a personal trainer for the past 8+ years. She loves watching people gain confidence as they increase in strength and do things they never thought possible. She’s all about movement in and out of the gym; hiking mountains, swimming in rivers, running trails, and lifting heavy weight. She has 4 children and hopes to teach and inspire them to live their best, healthiest lives!

WHO ARE WE

LOOKING FOR?​

You do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!

  • Resistance or weight training is clinically proven to improve balance, reduce number of falls, and increase confidence in an older population.

  • Resistance exercise has numerous health benefits for your whole body, including improving bone strength and density, and improving muscle tone and functional strength.

  • Come in twice a week to improve your health. We give you the tools you need to succeed.

  • You start at your level, even after injury or surgery. Kathy understands the aging process and how vital it is to be strong in order to do the things you need.

  • ​When you exercise alone, coming to the gym can feel like a chore. Group workouts are lively and exciting. You'll find yourself looking forward to exercising.
